The Domus Pacis Family Respite, Inc. is incorporated in the state of Colorado as of September, 2007.

The organization filed for non-profit status in August, 2007. The Internal Revenue Service gave Domus Pacis verbal approval in March 2008 and filed the written status in July, 2008.
